Solarion Reckoning

Time travels on Tellus much as it does here on our own Earth. Sixty seconds form a minute, sixty minutes create an hour, and twenty-four hours make a day. The people of Tellus measure time much like we do as well, with seven days to a week and twelve months to a year. However, there are 420 days in a year. This means that each month is exactly five weeks, or thirty-five days, long. Years are marked since the founding of the the Aldurian city of Solarion, the City at the Center of the World. The current date can be found in the Adventure Log.

Days of the Week

The days of the week are as follows. Each day has a general purpose that most people of Tellus follow.

Tellusian Day Gregorian Day General Purpose
Moonday (Monday) Labor
Tearsday (Tuesday) Labor
Weansday (Wednesday) Labor, Religious Worship
Thornsday (Thursday) Increasing Efforts to Complete Labors
Freeday (Friday) Completion of Labors or Relaxation
Starday (Saturday) Relaxation & Family
Sunday (Sunday) Religious Worship
